As a company we have been laying the foundation for consistent growth through increased client partnerships that are yielding strong results in terms of usable technology and repeat business for the company.
I have always been proud of the fact that we are a stand alone technology company, which means we are not bound by investors that could potentially slow our growth. Our company revenues have grown Year-Over-Year by 99.8% through those previously mentioned partnerships, as well as client referrals which shows that we are putting clients first.
Being a great place to not only work, but also grow professionally, is a pillar of CTG. In 2022 we were able to bring on 3 new full time employees, and they have been proven to be the keys to take our company to the next level. While we did lose some great team members as well, it says a lot that they would not be at those positions had it not been for the experience gained at CTG. We pride ourselves on Cultivating not just technology, but also our employees.
Our technology is highly customizable, which leads to many fantastic discovery meetings at either our offices or at our clients place of business where we discuss their pain points which typically result in a need for technology to help them be more efficient. This is evident in the nearly 12 new websites launched in 2022.
